Warranty Overview

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through GemYou

Not Covered:

  • Factory pieces
  • Gold plated chains/charms/connectors
  • Chains/charms/connectors breaking-lost, damaged, or tarnishing.

Covered:

  • Luxe Collection Charms and Connectors:
    • Warranty on metal ring tarnishing
    • Warranty on material breaking (not due to damage or accidents)
    • Replacement provided for covered issues
    • Up to three free replacements; thereafter, the replacement will cost as much as it’s equivalent at that time.
  • GemYou Chains:
    • Tarnishing within 24-48 hours of wear (one-time replacement with a chain of the same price)
    • Breaking of the chain (loss is not covered)
    • Breaking at the welding point
    • Up to three free repairs; thereafter, repairs cost $15
    • One-time chain replacement available

Limitations:

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect.

Claim Process:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, customers should provide proof of purchase, along with photographs of the damaged item. This helps in assessing the warranty coverage quickly.

Special Cases:

  • Medical situations allow for free cutting and re-welding of chains with proof of necessity.
